The
society held their annual dinner dance, at The Wensum Valley Golf
& Country Club, on Saturday 9th April.
Eightytwo members and their ladies and guests from other Captains
societies enjoyed a very enjoyable evening, dancing to Kenny and
the Motives, after enjoying a lovely meal, provided by the Chef
in the Morton Room at the hotel.
The evening also raised £380 for the society charities,
Help for Heroes and the East Anglian Air Ambulance.
I have provisionally booked the 21st April 2012 at the same venue
and would hope that following the success of Saturdays event,
more members will attend.
